When setting up a Form Library, the default will select the FIRST row in a repeating table. This can create a problem when you want to display information in from the other rows on a SharePoint Form Library or List. This is done in the data connection portion of the form set up.
If your form is already created, you will need to go to File > Publish.
By changing the calculation to MERGE, you are then able to see all the results on a form library.
